This legal notice includes the general conditions that regulate the access and use of the Portal https://andorraterranovahotel.com/, hereinafter referred to as "the Portal," owned by Terranova, a creation of the public company RUFER SA, SA, registered in the Registry of Companies under number 5803, book S-170, pages 10, page 49-52, with NRT A700958U, located at AVINGUDA CONSELL GENERAL 10-12 AD200 PAS DE LA CASA, hereinafter referred to as "Terranova." Access to the Portal is free, and its viewing does not require any prior registration or subscription. The Portal provides information about the Terranova hotel and the town of Pas de la Casa.
THE PORTAL AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Portal Contents and Information
Terranova is not responsible for any damages or harm of any kind that may arise from the use of the information, content of the Portal, and the programs it incorporates, and that may cause, by way of example and not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, even if all necessary technological measures have been taken to prevent it.
The information contained in the Portal is current as of the date of the last update, and Terranova does not guarantee the absence of errors in accessing the Portal or its content, but will take appropriate measures to prevent, correct, and/or update them as they are detected. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations in force and the rules applicable to the use of the products and applications. Likewise, the use of the Portal contrary to good faith is prohibited, in particular and without limitation: the use contrary to Andorran regulations or that infringes the rights of third parties; the publication or transmission of any content that is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or defamatory; altering or intervening by fraudulent means in personal web pages or emails or systems of other users or third parties without their authorization; cracks, program serial numbers, or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties; the collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or in contravention of the provisions of the Qualified Law 15/2003 on the protection of personal data; using the mail server, domain, and email addresses for spam, mass mailing, identity theft, fraud under the custody of third parties, 419 Scam, pharming, spreading viruses (trojans, etc.), or any other type of activity carried out with fraudulent or criminal intent. It is expressly prohibited to access, modify, or view the configuration, structure, and files of the Portal's servers. In the event of any problems that may occur in the Portal's servers and security systems as a direct result of negligent actions by the user, the user will be held responsible for any civil and criminal liability that may arise. Terranova is committed to not engaging in misleading advertising. In this regard, formal or numerical errors that may be found in the content of different sections of the Portal due to incomplete or defective maintenance and/or updating of the information contained in these sections will not be considered misleading advertising. Terranova undertakes to correct these errors as soon as it becomes aware of them.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These access and use conditions are subject to Andorran legislation and the jurisdiction of its courts.
